Citta Slow in Todi

The event is organized by Città Slow (the international network of easy living cities) and Slow Food.

The list of the cities that will take part to the event:
ABBIATEGRASSO Gorgonzola, fresh, aged, sweet and spicy
ACQUALAGNA with its famous truffles
ACQUAPENDENTE: la Fagiolina (small bean) from Gradoli, la Lenticchia (lentils) from Onano, products from the area close to Viterbo
ALTOMONTE specialities from Calabria, from the traditional liquorice liqueur, to the famous calabrian chili
CAIAZZO extravirgin olive oil and mozzarella di Bufala
GREVE IN CHIANTI Nobile Vino and salami
GUARDIAGRELE mix of Pecorino cheeses, salami and traditional bread from Abruzzo
LEVANTO with its Pesto sauce
SAN DANIELE DEL FRIULI with its “sweet” prosciutto

Furthermore a delegation of the host city Todi with its most well-known wineries, oil mills and farms.
